01 – BUY & SALE PROCESS SUPPORT
No deal is too big for us, and no issue it too complicated for us.
We will work with the investor to learn the investment targets, type of properties you would be interesting at, the location you prefer to invest in, your budget, schedule and much more. Based on the information collected we will be able to match those targets with relevant properties.
We can support with creative models of investment, with direct or in-direct holding/ownership of the property. Depends on the model you will choose, we will plan together the process and decide if visits to Athens are required.

02 – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Oculus Estate provides property management services which include finding the appropriate renters, monthly collection of payments, repairs when needed, annual reports to the tax authorities and any other issue that may emerge.

03 – RENOVATION MANAGEMENT
Oculus Estate team has extensive and long experience with renovation and construction. We can provide our customers with all the required services for the needed work. That begins with engineering and architectural review, legal property check, change of usage, property split and other property changes, design and internal visualization and finally the actual construction work. There is no too small or too big project for us.


04 – RENOVATION INVESTMENT
Oculus Estate can offer our customers with a unique partnership and comprehensive project management. In the case that a customer is interested to collaborate with Oculus Estate on a case by case bases, Oculus Estate, after reviewing the project may offer a long term rent agreement and undertake the renovation or construction management and provide adequate financial support.
This collaboration offers the property owner a hassle free solution and guaranteed cash flow. The collaboration agreement will incorporate all the aspect of this partnership – long term rent, sale rights, renovation design, standards and much more. This unique business model provides the customer with simple long terms solution and free up cash for additional investments instead of investing it into renovation.

05 – LONG TERM RENT
Oculus Estate undertakes the responsibility and management over properties and provides our customers with long term rent (5-10 years) agreements.
Such an agreement can provide a customer with guaranteed long-term cash flow, risk free, worry free -no need to worry about finding renters, renters’ changes, rent price fluctuations and property management.
